Privacy Policy
Effective Date: July 26, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Plyer Studios ("Plyer Studios," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and safeguards information across all of our apps, games, and software products, whether on Android, iOS, the web, or desktop platforms (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to this Privacy Policy.
Information We Collect
We aim to collect as little personal information as possible. Depending on the product and platform, we may collect the following categories of data:
- Information you provide. Details you submit directly, such as when you contact support, sign up for a newsletter, or create an account (name, email address, and any content you send us).
- Automatically collected data. Device model, operating system version, language, region, app version, crash logs, performance metrics, in-app events, and non-precise location inferred from IP address.
- Identifiers. Advertising identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID or Apple IDFA), pseudonymous installation IDs, and cookies or similar technologies on our websites.
- Gameplay & usage data. Progress, preferences, settings, and aggregate interactions used to improve our products.
How We Use Information
We use the information described above to:
- Operate, maintain, and improve our apps, games, and services.
- Diagnose crashes, fix bugs, and monitor performance and stability.
- Personalize content, remember preferences, and save progress.
- Serve and measure advertising, including limited or non-personalized ads.
- Communicate with you about updates, support requests, or important notices.
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
Advertising (Google AdMob)
Some of our apps and games display advertisements provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and process device identifiers, advertising IDs, IP address, and interaction data to serve and measure ads, including personalized ads where permitted.
- On iOS, we request permission through App Tracking Transparency before any tracking occurs. If you decline, only non-personalized ads are shown.
- On Android, you can reset or opt out of ad personalization from your device's Google settings (Ads).
- In the EEA, UK, and Switzerland, we (or our SDK partners) present a Google- certified consent message so you can accept or refuse personalized ads.

We use analytics tools (such as Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, and similar first- and third-party services) to understand how our products are used and to improve them. These tools may collect device information, usage events, and pseudonymous identifiers. Data is used in aggregate and is not used to identify you personally.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services, and we encourage you to review their policies.
Children's Privacy
Our products are not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Where a product is designed for a mixed audience, we apply additional safeguards such as non-personalized ads and reduced data collection. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. This includes encryption in transit, restricted access, and reputable infrastructure providers. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
